All sales are final

A piece that is bought is bought. There is no window in which to undo it, no change of mind that brings the money back, and no return except for a fault.

It is set down here rather than left where you would come across it afterwards. A term you meet only after you have paid is not a term you agreed to.

Why it is written this way

Each piece is one of one and has been worn before. What goes out cannot be replaced by another like it, and what comes back cannot be offered again as the same thing it was.

Ask before you buy, not after

The time to weigh a piece is while it is still ours. Ask for another photograph, a measurement, a closer word about a mark — anything you want to know. Write, and you will be answered before you spend, which is the only point at which an answer can still change anything.

Nobody is hurried here. A piece you are unsure of is better left where it stands.

A faulty piece is another matter

This page is about changing your mind, and that alone. If a piece is not as described, or not as it ought to be, that is the legal guarantee of conformity set out on the terms page.

Finality here does not touch it. No shop can write away what the law puts in your hands, and this one is not attempting to.
