What these things are

Everything here has been worn before, and every piece is one of one. What is photographed is what you will hold — there is no second one waiting behind it in a drawer.

They are sold as they stand, in the condition described. In a piece like this, age and wear are not damage to the thing; they are the thing. The photographs are the description, and they do not flatter it.

Prices

Prices are in euro. TO DECIDE: state here whether they include Spanish VAT, and what happens for buyers outside Spain — this depends on the tax registration and cannot honestly be written until that is settled.

The price shown when you pay is the price charged. Nothing is added between the one and the other.

That is this shop's price. If the piece crosses a border to reach you, the country it enters may charge import duties or taxes of its own: those are yours to pay. They are not in the price you paid here, because nobody on this side can know them in advance.

When the sale is made

The bag holds nothing for you. A piece put into it is not reserved, and nobody has promised it to you; the sale is made when your card payment clears, and not a moment before.

Because each piece is single, two people may stand at the same checkout with the same one in hand. If it goes while yours sits waiting, the checkout says so and does not charge you for it. You will have lost nothing but the piece — and you never had it.

Getting it to you

Postage you paid for at checkout, priced by where it is going. The sending itself is arranged with you directly, using the details you gave — you will be spoken to, not merely notified.

If the piece is not what was said

Spanish consumer law gives you a legal guarantee of conformity, and it is yours whatever this page says. It is not the same thing as sending back a piece you have simply thought better of — sales here are final, as the returns page says. This is about a piece that is not as described, or not as it ought to be.

On these pieces that guarantee runs for one year from delivery. The law allows the period to be agreed down to one year on second-hand goods, and buying from this shop is that agreement. You are told plainly, because a term you were never told of would not bind you — and ought not to.

It does not cover what was already said aloud. Age, wear, an old repair, any mark named in the listing: that is the condition you chose, not a fault in it. To buy an old thing and then complain of its age is to quarrel with the calendar, not with us.

When you have a complaint

Write to the address above, and write plainly; a complaint is easier to answer than to guess at. If it cannot be settled that way, you may be able to take it to the Sistema Arbitral de Consumo, the Spanish consumer arbitration system.

Which law applies

Spanish law governs these terms. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the European Union, that does not strip you of the protections your own country gives you. No clause here could, and none is trying to.
